Default safe overclocking help

what is an easy and safe way to overclock? Even just a little to increase my performance and quality of graphics and speed.


i currently have the ATI Omega drivers and have my video card fan set at 100% all the time. and i know it has OC capabilities but I have never OC'd b4 and I'd rather not have my PC Burnout a day after I do it.
