SpeedFan can overclock boards, I think it is in the utilities section of the downloads (I don't have time to look right now, I have a whole mess of e-mails to send out).

Well I asked the people over at Bit-Tech.net and I have to mess with my BIOS FSB settings... -sigh-
That's the only way to do proper OCs on CPUs.
