by the way what is the use for overclocking a video card any way lol

i also have the same video card and thinking about overclocking. if u overclock video cards will they go bad. if so how long. how much more power would you get out of it.

i realli don't know wht does overclock a video card for but it seen nothing different and no one has been answer my last question any way. i still waiting for them to answer it. it been 4 days now..

Hello Aznlilboiz,
The reason most people such as myself overclock there video card's is simply to show off score's lol. But somtimes overclocking them can give you a little performance boost when playing system hogging games. But for lack of a better word OC for overclock just is a man's term for over compinsate lol.

In 3D mode clock start at:
Core - 500mhz
memory - 900mhz

OC'ed to:
510mhz
910mhz

this that a good setting or i need to lower it or increase it?
