everytime when i overclock the cpu and the DRAM to over 5mhz and the pc is not restarting..i mean when i set the cpu and Dram to 6mhz or over it..the pc just not restart..or start up..so everytime i need to turn off the main power inorder to start up again...can any one help me?

Do you have an "pci lock" setting in youre bios? And do you have it enabled?
