I have just managed to bump up the fsb to my surpise and have got it over the 1300 mark.

here are the other settings in the bios available for OCing

spread spectrum : curently disabled
Vcore voltage currently 1.750
Vagp voltage currently 3.3
Vio voltage currently 3.4

here is my everest info this time round:

CPU Speed:
CPU Clock 1317.73 MHz
CPU Multiplier 8.5x
CPU FSB 155.03 MHz
Memory Bus 155.03 MHz


how far would you reccomend i push it?

Where you have it sounds good, I believe 20% or somewhere in that area is the rule of thumb for overclocking.

what about the other bits in there, wopuld i benefit from changing any of them

Couldn't tell ya about those, sorry.

I wouldn't reccommend changing those though, because it sounds like they're related to the power supply.
