Wow - old one huh :-o

The attached tool will help you in your quest - it's really difficult with older boards to say whether they will o/c or not. Use the tool attached (it is totally specific to your board and revision).

Might be an old one, but I've got 256MB of RAM on this PC and I'm able to use Windows XP Professional :-) it is a nice internet PC

Overclocking a processor more than 10 percent could be harmfull, systems like a PII are not build to overclock.

350 * 0,1 = 35 + 350 = 385 MHz
so overclocking up to 400MHz is not a good idea!
