Default Screen issue

Bit of an accident. I spilt water on my macbook. The thing is, it wasnt even on it. What happened was the water went the opposite way. As a precaution i took the macbook away and put it on my bed. A few drops must have gone from my hand to my screen, where it made its way into the cover of the screen im guessing. Now there is a bubble like bulge in the lcd screen. I have done some readings, and people say to tip it over for four days. Rather than doing that, i have pretended it wasnt there and run EVERY application on my computer in an effort to heat the water up and evaporate it. Besides this i have taken some code from a friend and written it as a python app in order to allow the screen to heat up. I have also put the fan at 0 ut it is doing about 6208 rpm anyway so it is fine. The temperature of the computer is set at 174 degrees farenheit. I have heard this works rather well. Any suggestions?
By the way. Great progress so far. i do notice that if i push the screen closed the stains become more apparant.

Hello Zero, firstly set that fan back to its normal settings.

A laptop screen heats up via laptop usage let it heat up naturaly.

Or your laptop will just over heat and fail, you appear to be making the laptop worse or possibly make it worse.

There is no water inside a laptop screen but liquid crystal.

I would let it dry out naturaly over a few days, over heating it is not going to defuse the bubble.

JB.
