I have a floppy boot disk #1 with a few MSDOS 6.22 programs and a floppy disk #2 filled with several dos programs which work in floppy drive A: after booting with the disk #1....
I used Norton6 to make a bootable CD, using disk #2 to add programs and disk #1 for the dos boot image....
In Win2KproSP4 the bootable CD in drive my D: shows only the programs added from floppy #2; but NONE of the files from the boot floppy #1 show up???
The boot CD works fine as A: with all of the programs from floppy #1, but I cannot access or find any programs from floppy #2????

You might try manually copying the files to the CD.
