I'm working on this computer for a friend of mine and I was wondering when trying to connect to the internet that it keeps telling me that error with connecting to a website? Where is the first place I need to go to troubleshoot this problem? Also, where do I need to go to download the latest drivers and what not?

I made a typo, its a Mac OS 9.2.

So when i try to connect to the internet, it tries to go to the homepage or any other web page and it says: "The attempt to load 'Accessing URL: http://mac.com/' failed.

What link are you talking about? In order to get to those drivers, I have to be able to connect to the internet and i can't right now which is what I'm trying to figure out. I've never messed with Apple before so you go have to describe in detail.

Whats equivalent to control panel in mac os 9.2?

Ok, I fixed the problem with not being able to connect to the internet but I need info on how to update software or any kind of updates for a 9.2.

You can get the drivers by going to manufacturers website type in make n model of pc/laptop,download drivers to another pc and save them then put to disk and install via disk.
