At present I run XP Pro on one drive and Ubuntu on another drive using grub boot loader.

Everything works fine and I have had no problems with either operating system.

My question is this:

I would like to install MS Vitural system on another partition I have as a spare.
Will installing this virtual system interfere with the grub boot loader setup and cause
problems?

I assume you mean Virtual PC, no it shouldn't bother it as long as you don't change the partitions which your existing systems are on.
