I have a server running FreeBSD 5 with WebHost Manager. I rebuilt apache, and exim (the mail server) failed. I trying restarting the mail server in WebHost Manager and via SSH and I get the following error:

Waiting for exim to restart.... . . . . . . . . . . finished.

exim status
root 2248 0.0 0.5 2884 2368 ?? S 5:52PM 0:00.00 antirelayd (perl5.8.7)

exim has failed, please contact the sysadmin.

I'm not sure if anyone here is very familiar with mail servers, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Apparently this is the fix...

log in via ssh and do the following:

/scripts/exim4; /etc/init.d/chkservd restart; /etc/init.d/chkservd restart

did that, and now the error when trying to start exim:
