Default Outlook auto responder - Reply To: problem

I receive emails from my yahoo group. When a member of the group makes a post, the yahoo group emails everybody. When I receive that email, I try sending an auto responder to that person but it ends up sending it to the group email instead.

My auto responder was created under "Rules > Replying using specific template"

Here's an example header:

X-Sender: Originator
X-Apparently-To: Maillist
X-Received: (qmail 748 invoked from network); 3 Nov 2009 01:45:37 -0000

X-eGroups-Approved-By: ygroupowner <Group> via web; 03 Nov 2009 11:26:05 -0000
Sender: MailList

Mailing-List: list MailList; contact MailList Owner
Delivered-To: mailing list MailList
List-Id: <MailList>
Precedence: bulk
List-Unsubscribe: MailList

Subject: [MailList] hey guys
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
boundary="u8QmLbnakzs5pVclYS2wOKfrQrS7kLbNlks0axQ"
I don't know if this information is important but when I manually open the email and click reply, the email would be sent to Originator. If I click reply all, the email would be sent to Originator and MailList

How do I auto reply to Originator and not to MailList?

Hello & Welcome Curbb!

I'm terribly sorry, but I had to edit the dickens out of your header in order to ensure that you or your mail list group do not receive spam from posting the e-mail addys here in the forum. There are spam bots that go in search of just such posts to harvest e-mail info from.

Please note in your original header, that the SENDER is showing as the maillist. Not sure why that differs from the FROM entry.

Perhaps you might try creating a new rule, but start from a Blank this time. I've had better success with that than the "canned" templates provided.

I've created the rule from a blank but it still doesn't work. The only thing on the rule is "replying using.. template" and subject contains and its the only rule active.

Then there's got to be something about the FROM: being the originator and the SENDER: showing as the group listing.

Although, why it works manually as opposed to the rule, I don't know. I'll see if I can't research and find something.

Is there a macro/vb/addin that can auto reply to "on behalf of"?

I've found something called AutoReply Manager, but I have never used anything from this download site or company.
