I don't have the "save as" option after I convert a word doc to pdf.

it just says "save as text..."

when I click on it then the dialogue box has only "text accessible" and "all files" in the dropdown at he bottom. Clicking on either of these doesn't help but removes my graphics and messes up the text horribly.

What is wrong with my pdf converted file?
