Question Outlook and Toolbars

If I have a user with with a Toolbar that contains "buttons" that go to pre-defined templates, how can I copy that toolbar to a new new user on the same computer?

I understand moving the templates to the new user and setting up the "buttons" if I had to do it again but not copying the toolbar.
