Default Activating windows - excel

Is it possible to activate a window (file) in excel by moving your mouse over it rather than clicking on it? This is for when you have 2 or more files/windows open in excel.

I have used tweak UI with this option for Xp but it does not work in windows - even when I have the open new windows in taskbar enables and each file appears as a unique taskbar item

I'm sorry I've done a bit of research and can't find what I think you mean with regard to Excel.

There may be others in the forum who know better.
