Default VB Code to combine multiple entries into one

I have a spreadsheet of employee names and hours worked. Each employee has multiple entries for different reasons. I want to combine all the hours for each employee in one row. The hours are in columns B, C, D, and E. Some columns may have more than one entry for each employee. I want to add the numbers in the colums for each employee.

EX:

ABRAMS, JAMES 10
ACKER, EDWARD 12.22 11.50
