Hi,

I have created a document in word that I wanted to use as a template so that when our office staff send out letters they can use this document....however, is there a way that you can do this without things on the page moving about when you try and type on it. I kind of want the whole page as a sort of watermark so you can simply just type a letter and see where you can go up to. Hope Im making sense.

Yes there absolutely is a way, several as a matter of fact. First, can you tell me what you are making the template from, is it a JPEG or other graphic file, or words or what? Also, if you upload it, I can better give you step by step, so that you can do it next time.

Well in the end I created a document in word as to how I wanted it to look and then downloaded a free program from the net to convert word documents to jpegs. Once done I then opened a word file and added the image as a watermark. Works a treat! I could of just set up a normal template but things had a tendacy of moving about!!
