hey nessie,
just in case did you have any problems when you were installing? Is this problem there in other office products also such as Word etc.
As of now try using CTRL + S to save your files. For other similar shortcuts, just use the menu bar in some other office product like Word.

Hi

No we didn't have any problems when we installed it. Also, we used to be able to do File, Save As but can't now. The problem with doing CTRL + S is that it doesn't let you save File As which is what I need to do as they are new files and have therefore not been named.

Hey nessie,
You can do this as of now. If you know where the files are getting saved then you can always go to that window and rename there.
Await a better solution from some expert to you actual problem. use this as a temporary solution
