Hey no problems cwebs. If you need to create dropdowns like those later, it's very simple. In the design view of the table, click on the field you want to create the dropdown for, and then click on the Lookup tab. You can specify another table, or manually enter the names into it there and then.

Eek! New problem with this database. There are more than 20 club members. When I design the query, do I have to use the stepped approach for the criteria in Query? See attachment for what I mean. By stepping the criteria downwards, I can only fit 10 member fields. How do I redesign things so that I can search for all 20-something memebrs at a time?

Hey cwebs, no you don't have to used to stepped approach all the way. Fit them all to one row if you like, but then go into SQL view, and change all the and 's listed there to or 's!
