Can you tell us a bit more about the "id key fob thingy" - is it a citrix token?

its a RSA secure Id key the site i use is ukremote.virginmobile.com i just log into there and then i click on Outlook Web mail. Its not Citrix its is purely webmail i was just wondering if outlook has the capability to be able to set up my mail and work quicker? Outlook asks for stuff like ingoing/outgoing servers and i aint got a clue what they are etc

I am hoping that someone else knows a way 'round this but I personally don't think it's possible.
