Hello and welcome to PC Help Forum.

Are the Excels on both computers the exact same make as in release/year?The file may of been made with a more upto date excel or an older version?

If you could give us some of the error codes it may help?
Thankyou.

It could be the file is corrupt or the Excel on the one pc needs a reinstall?
Or check your settings on your excel?

Hi it looks like the file was saved as a extension or file that excel could not read or open.
Hence you would either get distorted text or as you did lack of excel cells.
