Default how to make a bar chart from excel

hi all
just starting to get stuck into the more tedious side of computing.
have recently started an excel sheet up for stock control for my bakery.
so for each product we do...over 150 want to keep check on how they're selling on each day.
so i have the formula's all set up to do this but am only able to take a look at how each product is doing by using figures only.
i wish to put them in an easier reading bar chart, flow chart or graph of some kind that won't turn me into a raving numberphobe...
any advice appreciated.
to be really tedious and if possible i'd like to have 3 parts to each item on the graph.
ie
amount delivered
amount sold
amount left

for each product everyday.

probably a line graph then possibly (thinking back to school days...ooo the 80's)

free pasties and cakes to the most helpfull reply...

could you not just highlight the selected data then open the "Chart Wizard"?

Ok then here's the basics

Highlight the information so the numbers or whatever you need from the columns. then go insert>chart- or the icon with the red yellow and blue bars.

Then pick and choose between what you want.
You can label the axes and the information.

If you get suck, the help is pretty self explanitary.

Hope that helped
