Default [Resolved] two sent item folders in outlook

I use Outlook with office 2003 and have found a strange anomly.

On the navigation pane, My Sent Items folder in the All Folders section is different to the Sent Items in the Favorite Folders section. I noticed the same problm with my In boxes.

I thought that the favorite folders was just a quick link / shortcut to the All Folders section is this correct or are they two separate folders.

thanks

Are the items in each "Sent Items" folder relating to a different email account?

okay, I've figured it out. I have two .pst files. One of them was collapsed and I didn't see it and that was the one that was linked to my favorites.

This is easy to fix. Copy the files from the old .pst to the new one and then remove the old one.

Thanks.
