Oh, we did not mean you were wrong-- it's just that I've learned that there are
"normal" uninstalls -where everything works the way it's supposed to-- and goes smoothly--probably 95% are this way.
and "Hard" uninstalls where half of the apps files must be removed manually. This can be caused by a corrupted uninstaller tool, interference from an AV program or firewall, and maybe even by a heavily fragmented harddrive (degraded drive performance)
You can even remove a program that just refuses to uininstall-- by just going into regedit (sometimes in "safe mode" is the best way)-- finding the main folders-- and any subfolders... and deleteing them and rebooting
