Default software for indexing customers

Hi!

My father wants to set up a small business in martial arts equipment, importing it from taiwan and stuff like that.
Thus he needs software to manage customer data etc. I don't know how it's called in English but if you translate the dutchword directly you get customerfile or customerindex.

He needs a free program wich can contain a database of all the customers and their data and if possible, it would be nice if the program could also show the corresponding previous invoices if you look at a certain customers data and if possible, it would be nice if the program is multi-lingual > my father knows some English but he's a native speaker of Dutch and fluent in German so one of the last two languages is preferred.
I hope I made myself clear enough.

edit: I think the right word is CRM software

Robin

Hi there mate.

I'm not really familiar with any CRM software, however the best thing to do if you're looking for free would probably be to do a search on sourceforge.net or google and try out misc software and see why best suites your needs

SourceForge.net: Software Search

Ok...I already took a look at Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com for a free one but I didn't find something good. The first one I downloaded was ****, the second had to be activated (it claimed to be free) and the third one wasn't a CRM program at all!
But I'll try SourceForge.net
Thanks!
