Default [Resolved] office outlook problem

Hi, I've got outlook 2003 and recently when I get an email with a link I can't click on it ( says restrictions are on this computer ).
It used to work OK!
I've looked everywhere at the settings but can't find anything that changes it.
Any help much appreciated

Welcome to PCHF...

The easiest thing to do is:

Place your mouse over the link...
Right click your mouse...
Click on Properties...
The URL will be displayed..
Copy an paste the URL into your IE.

WARNING: This may not be a good site to go to, if your OUTLOOK is blocking.

**** Luck...

Which is more annoying? Copy and paste or having to remove a virus or other bad thing from your computer. At least this way, you have to make the decision whether to go to the site or not. Not just a click...oops.

My recommendation....live with it.
If you insist, I'm sure there is someone on this site who will show you how to bypass the security features of Outlook.
