Default Copying files in Outlook 2003

I am wanting to transfer all my messages / contacts etc. from one computer to another. Both are running Windows XP SP2.

I have the physical means of transfering/ copying but cannot get all the info held on computer 1 to computer 2

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly: However I could not get the transfer deal to work - I wanted to do it over my network but that part was greyed out. I was probably missing something obvious!
I did get things transferred by using the Import/Export facility in Outlook. I had tried before without success and what I did right this time I have no idea.
