hai this is prudhvi iam having problem with my outlook express when i opened it..it is unable to open and displaying a message that THE OUTLOOK EXPRESS COULD NOT BE OPENED MSOE.DLL COULD NOT BE LOADED please clear my problem

What OS are your using?

is "THE OUTLOOK EXPRESS COULD NOT BE OPENED MSOE.DLL COULD NOT BE LOADED" the exact error message you are getting?
