This reply is to GaRHaR, I will be the first to say "THANK YOU" to an answer to a question that solves my question, so far that has not happened and that is all right, I just keep looking for a solution.

There's no magic panacea for making multiple page documents. It's a suck it and see process. When I first started doing dtp 20 years ago, there were no such things as templates to help. Every document was trial and error till you got a great layout style.

I use Coreldraw 11 for moxt of my dtp needs and it has a add page feature, I'm sure MS Publisher would have something similar.
