Angry multiple pages in publisher 2002

I have not used publisher 2002 very much in the past but am beginning to use it more.

My question: Is there anyway to create multiple newsletters in this version or any version of Publisher. I belong to a genealogy group that publishes a 16 page news letter monthly and for years have always sent them out via snale mail. Our membership has grown to over 400 and since the cost of postage has gone way up the group is looking for a way to put it on our web site for most of us and for those that do not have internet access to mail it to them. Of course they don't want to design one for the printers and one for the web site and email.

I began creating the newsletter in publisher then could not find out how to create the next page so I created the newsletter one page at a time. I then went to the Microsoft web site and could not find anything faq's so am posting this in the "Help forum"
