Working inWindows XP I began to have trouble with WorkPerfect. It couldn't open old documents. I uninstalled WordPerfect and reinstalled it. It still hangs when it tries to open an old document. However, if I open Windows Explorer and find my document, I can open it there. Any suggestions as to how I can get WordPerfect to function properly?

Try uninstalling again but this time also remove the Wordperfect folder in c:\program files - then re-install.
