Default [Resolved] Office XP Outlook won't import...

I'm trying to import the PST file I backed up (using this same Outlook version), but as soon as I click on the import/export link, I get an error saying 'The operation failed' with no other explanation.

I guessed that perhaps I needed to crate an Email account prior to doing the import, but clicking the Email accounts link I get another 'op failed' error suggesting I reinstall. I'm going to do so now, but if the result is the same...what then?

Yeesh. The reinstall seems to have fixed the issue. I'll never understand it. Thanks anyway, folks!
