Default Data1.msi & MS updates

On my PC have installed Office Pro 2000.

Going to www.microsoft.com for Office updates I need to put in original CD to find data1.msi, sadly (sh-one-t) I've lost the original.

Have MS Office 2000 Small Business & MS Office 2000 Upgrade both of which have the data1.msi file and neither are acceptable.

Anybody any thoughts.

P.S. ALL of the above items are legal!

Have you tried doing a repair install of Office and then trying the update again?

Ok what id suggest is to uninstall all versions, install and run RegSupremePro.
It will want to make a backup of your registry, let it do so. Once it has finished, click on the Registry Cleaner tab, select Aggressive. When it has completed, click on Select, choose All. Click on Fix, and let it fix everything that it has found. Re install Office and try the update method again

If I uninstall Office 2000 I'll lose Access as Office Small Business doesn't have it & Office Upgrade will only install if it first finds a valid product to upgrade from, e.g. Works and I haven't got Works to install

Thanks anyway
