Question [Resolved] Quicken Problem

I have older version of Quicken Home 2001 Deluxe that they no longer support. The problem is when I enter a transcation It will by itself enter it behind the last entered transaction. Meaning my check number sequence is off and not in order or if I have the date show in the first column then that will be off. I can't figure it out as it just started this a few weeks ago. I there fore have to enter all my checks each on a seperate date to pay my bills and have them listed in order. Gets to be a real pain.
Thanks for all the help guys

Hi Woody, unfortunatly this isn't really a strong point for myself. I only think I know what Quicken does (is it a accounting package)?

That being said, I'll see if I can dig up anything for you and try and sort it out for you.

Hi Reddiewoody, terribly sorry i haven't gotten back to you

Unfortuantly I haven't been able to locate any information regarding your problem. Perhaps it may be an idea to contact Quicken themselves and see if they have any info regarding this issue? It sounds to be a common issue and they may have a fix for it.
