Default Formatting in Excel

Hey guys, I have a question about excel...

I use a template to debate, and each argument is written in one cell. However, the next speech, multiple answers are given to that one argument. Id like to place those arguments in the same cell (adjacent), but I want to be able to go to the next line in a cell. Is there a way I can format this so that I can press a hotkey or something and have it go to the next line? (enter takes you to the next cell)

Thanks a ton, and I hope it makes sense

-Connor

Hi Connor,

Enter should already take you to the cell underneath the current one, and tab should move to the right.

However, if Enter isn't going down, you can highlight the cells you're planning on typing in - and then type as per normal...Enter will goto the next one in the selection.

Well, see, what I want it to do is when I press enter (or something else), I want it to go to a new line in the current cell, not go to the next one like it does now.
