Hi,

I have a large number of names with their corresponding e-mail addresses in the Copy box of a blank e-mail.

I want to make a separate list, perhaps in Word or other.

If I do a copy and paste to Wordpad, Word or to the body of a new e-mail the only thing that gets transferred is the list of names--no corresponding e-mail addresses.

Welcome to PCHF. My sincerest apologies for the delay in responding to your post.

In the CC box, you are showing both the name and the email address, but not really, the copy function only picks up the part that you would ordinarily see, the name.

I'm still researching to see if what you are asking is possible, may I inquire as to what you wish to do with the document? Are you attempting to create a distribution list, or a distributable copy?
