Hey Ian!
Welcome to PC Helpforum!

I've moved your thread to our Office section, as 'New member site support' is ment to help members who have questions about the site and how it all works.

What exactly it the error message that you get?
Unable to open window
The set of folder could not be opened
Is it this?

Have you got a clue how and when this started to happen?

Blue

Hey Guys,

@Ian, my welcome to PCHF as well.

Could you please follow the instructions for PreWork in my folder, making sure to save the ewido log to post back here with the HijackThis log. You may have been infected with malware.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN

Thank you for your help with this problem

I have since resolved the problem

I went in Control Panel-Mail, deleted user profile & made a new profile,
this fixed the problem with abit of work once I opened outlook

I have noted your suggestion and will keep them for any future problems

Thanks once again

Regards

Ian
