Default Outlook Help

Every night I have to send closing notes to about 20 departments in Out look. I hate having to type in all the addresses and all the different depatment names. Is there a way to set up a template so I can click on the icon, fill in my notes and it will go to all these people automatically?

Thanks

Hey Megaruler,

Welcome to PCHF. We can definitely help you with this one.

First of all, are you talking about sending the same message to a group of people? Or, are you talking about having to send similar information, yet different to a number of individuals?

If it is the first, you simply need to set up a Distribution List.

If it is the second, you need to create an Email Template.

The instructions for how to do both of these tasks is in this article, Sending mutliple copies.

Please let us know how this works for you. Looking forward to your reply,
