Hi every 1 , A friend of mine is having trouble with outlook! when he is trying to enter a contacts email into the address bar but when he clicks on "to" the select names box appears but it is empty, he has tried right clicking contacts on the main screen properties and ticking the box marked "show this folder as an email address book" but still no contact
Any suggestions would be great

Does your friend use the contacts list in Outlook? Is the address he is trying to enter in his contacts list? Did this function ever work properly on the PC they are currently using?
