Hi Doorsmaniac,
Uninstalling office is the only option you'll have to go through.
As an extra you can run regcleaner, after a reboot, to clean unnecesary registrykeys, but be very carefull. You can also delete the content of the windows\temp and documents and settings\user\local settings\temp folders after rebooting offcourse

Good luck, Bram

Ok Maybe I should have specified. I tried this before and when I reinstalled Certain things were still there For example my Outlook profile was there. qand where i had set my folder locations for Word and Excel. I was also thinking that maybe somewhere in Docsettings/username/applicationdata that microsoft might keep some stuff for office. By the way this Is office 2003

Ah you want to remove all settings. You emails are usually stored soemwhere in documents and settings\user\local settings\application data\microsoft office (search for files with a .pst extension), these contain your mails. Though, when using a network it's also possible your files are stored centrally.
When removing office you can delete the local settings\office folder
