Reminder Forwarding For Outlook

If I had a dollar for every time I was running late! It's true, it feels like I spend more time trying to be on time than being productive. So what is the solution for people such as myself? Do I just say forget it and buy some overpriced mobile phone that I will more than likely end up losing, anyway? Or do I start by looking into simple, economical options that will work well with software and mobile devices that I already have? To me, the choice is clear. First off, most Windows users have access to Outlook, right??
