Hello, and welcome. If you are here, it is safe to assume that you have been infected, or believe that you may have been infected, by some type of malware, which includes virus and spyware as well as myriad other infections. We understand that this can be a very frustrating and upsetting experience.
At PCHF, we take your security very seriously. We want you to be able to follow all instructions regarding the disinfection of your computer with confidence. To that end, we have developed a team of highly experienced, trained, and tested staff members, and users, to guide you through the process. Each member of our Security Team is completely up to date on the latest threats and their removal.
Please follow the advice you are given as carefully as possible, in order to protect the safety of your computer, and the security of your data. Please note that we do not support any type of illegal or "cracked" software, please read this for more information
To start the process, please, very carefully follow the instructions for PreWork, and post as directed.
NOTE: Only the members of the Security Team, and Trusted Security Analysts are authorized to post in the Security Area. For your safety, please, do not follow the instructions of any other user or staff member regarding malware removal.
