That's the image for my problem.
It's not a virus or something else, it pops up when i try to view an image or if i wanna visit this site (and more sites). I don't why that screen pops up, because I'm not trying to connect with that connecting :s
I think my mom did something to the computer (she doesn't know anything about computers).
I'm not on a laptop or something, and I'm not trying to connect with a laptop. And I don't have wireless Internet.
Can someone please help me?

In IE Select tools/internet options/connections then click never dial a connections or if you dont use the dial up anymore you can delete it
