Default xbox 360 / network Drop with Verizon

Okay so i got verizon dsl installed at our house today. i had to set the router up on my own which took 2 hours... good times. So now im using ventrilo and playing my xbox 360 online with a friend and i DC from live, and all of a sudden i drop from vent too. so i figure okay maybe its a fluke... happens again. so i say okay maybe its my parents PC because its got a ton of junk on it and they refuse to let me reformat, i Disconnect it from the router. try to play xbox again and i drop again after a few mins.
At this point i'm thinking okay, ill look up the problem online. i looked i up, couldnt find any solutions so i am checking here. I figure that its droping me when i reach a certain packet size... so i ran this test....

Line quality testing - dslreports.com

and thats what it shows.... so what do u guys think?

Hello Eloplayspolo! Welcome back.

Since this is a new Verizon DSL installation, I would suggest that you take your test results directly to Verizon for resolution. It seems to me the issue is theirs.
