Sorry Mike, re-reading the posts you've confused me. Are you saying two laptops can't connect (one XP Pro, another XP).

I'll assume the one you just got working through the cable is the one we're talking about.

Please select Start - Run - (type) cmd (enter)
This will open a black window - please type IPCONFIG (enter) and report results.

We're looking for an IP address (192.168.xxx.xx) or similiar to see if you're connecting to the wireless router.

Sorry if it's confusing.

My Main Laptop (BART) is connected to my router by a Cable.
I have created an Access point or adhoc network I think its called to share this connection via Barts Wifi.

My Itouch can see the network connect and surf to net.

My other laptop (Lisa) can see this network conect BUT can't surf the net in IE7 or Firefox.

I have made Bart a wireless access point as in this video.
