Default add to "send to" menu (right click)

Hi All,
I want to be able to add (or remove) items on the "send to" menu in vista home premium, which I access when I right click. I would like to put my email programe in there as an option, and possibly another one or two which do not come to mind just now.

I would also like to be able to remove UAC, I have tried by using msconfig and when I find it, I disable it but it is not holding that setting.

Wait, there's more!.I have a folder in which I keep all my downloaded applications or programmes. However, I am told quite often that I have not got the right to do this, and it suggests I put it into the folder with my own name on it. Now this is very annoying, as I am the sole user of the laptop and am also the administrator, with just my own account.
Thanks for any asistance,
Mike

Question 01: Sendto Folder go here C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo then make a shortcut to your email app.

Question 02: Just a link for this, but follow the instructions. Disable UAC

Question 03: This may go away when you disable UAC, but you could humour Vista by doing what it says though...
