Please see the link below for instructions on how to forward the ports. You will need to assign your pc a static ip address. There are instructions on how to do this on the link as well. I just picked any game as they don't actually have your game listed. The instructions are the same though - just forward the ports you listed above instead. If you're not sure whether the above should be tcp or udp then select both from the drop down list when you configure your router.

Port Forwarding for the Netgear DG934G

Tried to portforward with yougetsignal.com

The results were -

213.75.37.133

10000 - Closed
10031 - Closed
10032 - Closed

213.75.37.134

10000 - Open
10031 - Open
10032 - Closed

Hi neverloogedin,

Did you give your computer a static ip address? You need to forward the ports listed above on your router to the static ip address you gave your computer.

To test if you have forwarded the ports properly when you first go the site mentioned it lists your external ip. You need to check the ports with that ip address not the servers or your internal ip address.

Please do the following and paste the results into your post so I can check your settings and help more the port forwarding:
Click Start > type: cmd in the search bar > at the prompt type: ipconfig /all
