Default Remote desktop abroad

Hi guys, a challenge for you.

My current setup :

Pc at home with XP pro connected wirlessly to my broadband supplier.

Laptop with XP pro and a mobile broadband connection.

How do I setup access to my PC at home and operate programs from overseas with my laptop (without using internet cafes and wirless points)

You're asking how to access your computer through the internet without using the internet?

If your mobile wireless connection works in other countries then you should be able to. But if it doesn't you will need to use wireless access points.

You need to call your isp who you have the mobile broadband connection with and ask them if it will work overseas first.

If it will - then you need to setup remote access on the computer at home and configure your router to use it. Otherwise you can use LogMeIn which will save you having to configure the router and will be a lot easier. See link below.
