Default Since i installed Traffic Shapped:NO Connection >_<

Ever since i installed Traffic Shaper(latest version) on my another computer it cant connect to the internet, the blue icon of the internet shows in the traybar and when i Right Click~Repair, it tells me: Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following operation could not be completed:
Clearing the ARP cache.
For assistance, contact the person who manages your network.
Ive tried to click around the program, and even unistalled it and still happens >_<, what could help me?

To clear the ARP cache try this...

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type cmd and press ENTER

Enter netsh interface ip delete arpcache
Press ENTER

Now reboot...

I did it, everything fine, then when i rebooted and tried to open a webpage i have the same problem. Its the same as before, also realized the computer is not reciving packets at all, just like 1 per second o_o

Have you tried the Right Click~Repair, since you did the ARPCACHE repair?

Yes, and didnt work. Still have exactly the same problem.

You'll find an assortment of programs available.
Recommend you download Absolute Uninstaller (it's free).

Perhaps it will show you how to uninstall your Traffic Shapped completely. It's worth a try and it won't cost you anything.
