Default Need help with Speedstream 4000

Does anybody know how to configure the settings for concurrent NAT/NAPT on a Speedstream 4200. I have a static IP that needs to have NAT enabled. When I enable NAT for that IP, it works for that IP but then I lose my internet to another IP. I'm thinking that if I enable concurrent NAT/NAPT, it should fix my problem. Every time I try to enable it, it tells me that the WAN IP is invalid. Is there a way I can find the correct IP or is there another way to accomplish my goal?

Not familiar with that model but I found this information, which may be of some help to you:

Siemens SpeedStream 5x00/4x00 series have a mode named "Concurrent NAT/NAPT" which is to perform NAT (the NAT in SpeedStream refers to passing the public ip address to an internal system), and NAPT (the NAPT here is referring to the standard public ip-NAT-multi-private ip) concurrently.

However, it has one criteria - u must have multiple public ip addresses. Eg. 210.22.101.5 is configured to the NAT portion in the "Concurrent NAT/NAPT" mode, which is then pass to the internal system so that the system will have a public ip address instead of private ip address. Then 210.22.101.6 will be configured to the NAPT portion, which will then be shared among the systems with private ip addresses, and port forwarding be used.

It cannot be configured to use only 210.22.101.5 to be assigned to both NAT and NAPT. It does not allow such a config nor will it work.

This has been tested with SS5100 before, and the distributor concurred that the behaviour is as above.
